The ground floor is legally registered (62 m²), while the upper floor is not (70 m²), meaning a cash purchase is required. Of the 62 m², only 41 m² is registered in my name (1/1), as the remaining 21 m² was added on by my father back in the 1960s — at the time, such extensions were not rigorously registered, as was the case with many other buildings. I have started the legalization process for the upper floor, but since that can take a while, if anyone is interested, we can work something out — either a sale or an exchange for an apartment.
