How do I list a property?
How to publish your first listing
- Click the button in our main menu at the top of the page — "Post listing"
- Enter the exact address of the property you are selling, and follow the on-screen instructions *
How to publish additional listings when logged in
- Click the button in our main menu at the top of the page — "My listings"
- All your listings will be displayed on this screen
- To add a new listing, click the button in the top right corner — "Post listing"
- Enter the exact address of the property you are selling, and follow the on-screen instructions *
* Property refers to an apartment or house in the Republic of Serbia.

How do I edit an existing listing?
- Click the button in our main menu at the top of the page — "My listings"
- All your listings will be displayed on this screen
- Next to each listing, if you are the exclusive owner, you will see an "Edit" button
- Click the button and follow the on-screen instructions

Who can list properties?
To list a property, you must be its owner or have the owner's authorization to list it. Any listing that violates the rules defined in the terms and conditions will be removed.

How does the search work?
Property search combines a map view and a corresponding property list on the same screen. This way you can see the exact location of a listed property at all times. You can pan and zoom the map to reach an area of interest. To help you find the right property, filters are available in a horizontal row just above the map and list. You can type a location and then narrow your selection using the filters.

What are "saved properties" and what are they for?
You can save any property, whether it has an active listing or not. From that moment, you can access that property at any time and follow what happens with it. You can receive notifications about price reductions on saved properties directly to your email address. The save button is usually represented by a star icon or simply says "save property". If you are not logged in, click the save button and we will quickly log you in or register you. Registration in this case means entering your email address or accessing our service using your Facebook account. You can always access your saved properties by logging into our service. The maximum number of saved properties is limited to 200 per user.

How do I change my password?
If you have never set a password, or simply want to change it, click the "Log in" link in the top right corner. When the login window appears, click the "Forgot your password?" link. Enter your email and click "Send magic link". Our system will then send you an email that will let you log in easily and immediately offer you the option to change your password.

How do I send and receive messages?
Messaging on KAZA begins when a visitor contacts a listing owner through the contact form on any active listing page. After that, all messages related to that listing will appear in your inbox, which is part of our service.
Viewing and sending messages
- Log in and then go to Messages
- Select the desired conversation and send a message
- Apart from your first name, information such as last name, email and phone number are never displayed within our messaging system. We advise you to carefully consider with whom and when you share your personal information.
