By using the Kaza.rs website and services you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the platform.

1. About the platform

Kaza.rs is an online platform for advertising real estate and providing related tools (value estimates, market data, an agency directory). The platform is not a party to any sale, lease or brokerage and does not guarantee the accuracy of listings published by users.

2. Accounts

Some services require registration with accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.

3. User content and responsibility

You are responsible for the content you publish — listing text, photographs, the property description and price, and contact details. By publishing it you warrant that you have the right to publish it and that it is accurate and not misleading.

4. Prohibited conduct

• false, duplicate, untrue or misleading listings;
• unlawful or offensive content, or content that infringes the rights of others;
• impersonation or misuse of other people’s data;
• automated scraping, bulk access, or disrupting the operation or security of the platform.

5. Content license

By publishing content on Kaza.rs you grant the platform a permanent, irrevocable and free license to use, display and archive that content as part of operating the platform. This license remains in effect even after the listing or account is deleted.

6. Listing archival

Kaza.rs reserves the right to archive listings and photographs published on the platform for the purpose of listing history, market analysis and service improvement.

7. Intellectual property

The platform, its design, software and aggregated or derived data (including building, cadastre and market datasets) belong to Kaza.rs. Copying, scraping or republishing this content without prior permission is not allowed.

8. Agencies and professional users

Agencies are responsible for the accuracy of their profile and listings. Some data in the agency directory may originate from public registers and publicly available sources.

9. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is”. Kaza.rs is not responsible for disputes between users, for the accuracy or legality of listings, or for any damage arising from use of the platform or interruptions in service.

10. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. All changes are published on this page, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia, and any disputes shall be resolved before the competent court in the Republic of Serbia.
