The platform does not participate in property transactions and does not guarantee the accuracy of listings published by users.

Content Responsibility

Users are responsible for the content they publish on the platform, including:

• listing text
• photographs
• property description
• price and other information

The user guarantees that they have the right to publish said content.

Content License

By publishing content on Kaza.rs, the user grants the platform a permanent, irrevocable and free license to use, display and archive that content as part of the platform's operation.

This license remains in effect even after the listing or user account is deleted.

Listing Archival

Kaza.rs reserves the right to archive listings and photographs published on the platform for the purpose of listing history, market analysis and service improvement.

Limitation of Liability

Kaza.rs is not responsible for any disputes between platform users.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
