2. What we collect and why

• Account: email, first/last name, optional phone — to register, sign in and manage your account. Basis: contract / consent.
• Listings: data you enter in a listing (property address, price, contact) — to publish it. Your phone shows publicly only if you choose. Basis: contract.
• Valuation tracking: email, if you opt in to the monthly property-value report. Basis: consent.
• Bank-offer comparison (home loan): email, if you ask us to connect you with a licensed mortgage partner. We also store IP + timestamp as proof of consent. We do not forward your data to any partner without your explicit, partner-named consent. Basis: consent.
• Agency inquiries / reviews: data you submit. Basis: consent / legitimate interest.
• Technical data: IP, device/browser, pages visited — for security, statistics and improving the site.

3. Cookies and third-party tools

We use cookies and: Google Analytics 4 (analytics), Google Ads / AdSense (conversion + ads, informational pages only), Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps + session recordings; text and inputs masked by default), Meta (Facebook) Pixel + Facebook login, SendGrid (Twilio) (email), Cloudflare (CDN/security), Google Maps / OpenStreetMap (maps). Essential cookies can't be disabled; analytics/ad cookies you can control via your browser.

4. International transfers

Some processors (Google, Microsoft, Meta, Cloudflare, Twilio) process data on servers in the US and elsewhere, under those processors' contractual safeguards (standard contractual clauses).

5. Retention

Account/listing data is kept while your account is active; after deletion it is anonymized or erased (financial records kept for the statutory period). Email opt-ins are kept until you withdraw consent. Technical logs are kept briefly.

6. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawing consent at any time. You can delete your account yourself under My account → Settings → Delete account, or email [email protected]. Unsubscribe from emails via the link in each message.

7. Complaint

You may lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs).
