Estate with an unfinished structure. Located in the Gornja Milanovačka Klisura gorge, between Čačak (15 km away) and Gornji Milanovac (5 km away), in the area known as Semedraž, right on the border with Brđani, on plot no. 894/3. There is direct access from the Ibar highway to the 40-are plot. The structure sits on the bank of the Despotovica river, and directly behind it the Gračanica stream flows into the river — which never runs dry and is home to crayfish, a sign of clean, drinking-quality water. Electricity is connected to the plot with a new utility pole. All materials needed for the middle roof section have been procured, but weather conditions prevented completion last autumn. The existing roof is covered with Mačva stone slabs. All paperwork is in order, ownership 1/1 — for both the plot and the structure. The building was designed with a restaurant concept in mind.
