Very nice weekend house on the road to Testera on Fruška Gora. Excellently positioned, in nature, yet close to a populated area — just 3 km away. The house is on a 7.5-are plot, elevated above a low-traffic road. It is very peaceful and quiet. The plot can be accessed from the front (where the road is) and from the back (via a compacted dirt road). At the top of the plot there is an auxiliary building and a covered parking spot. The house has 2 floors. It has a kitchen, a bathroom, and 4 rooms. It has an Alfa Plam wood-burning stove. In front of the house is a spacious covered terrace, shaded by a large oak tree, with a built-in barbecue grill.
