The house is divided into three units, each with a separate, fenced yard and entrance. Two walls are shared but have been fitted with heavy-duty soundproofing. The house has been completely renovated. The walls are skim-coated; the upper floor ceiling features wooden beams and reeds with Styrofoam insulation attached underneath for thermal insulation. The hallway is a new addition and is fully insulated for both sound and heat. The entire electrical system is new, from all wiring to outlets and the electricity meter on the pole. Plumbing and sewage are also new. The kitchen is new, the joinery has been renovated and is in excellent condition. Laminate flooring throughout, and the bathroom has been completely redone from the tiles to all fixtures. Note: the house does not match the 2014 satellite image on the map, as it was modified during renovation and a new section was added.
