Close to the main bus station, Zeleni Venac, Belgrade Waterfront, and Republic Square. The apartment is freshly renovated and suitable for two students, a couple, or singles. Heating provided by a brand-new inverter air conditioner (energy-efficient) and a Norwegian electric radiator. There is also a heater in the bathroom. Both beds can be pulled out/extended. We will also add a new flat-screen TV, a new mini stove, a desk chair, and anything else needed — everything is negotiable. The apartment is accessed through its own entrance door, hallway, and terrace, as it has been converted from a larger unit. It is fully separated with no physical connection to the other part of the apartment. The other part will not be rented out nor lived in — it is used by us only occasionally. SBB cable TV and internet can be set up by arrangement.
