How does the valuation work?

We compute the estimate from your apartment's size (entered, or pulled from the cadastre by apartment number) and average prices per m² in your neighborhood and building. We factor in property type, building age and location. The result is a market-value estimate with a ±15% range, plus the cadastre legal status. For an official appraisal, consult a licensed valuer.
